Beautiful senior brothers rescued from Concord kill shelter in desperate need of dental work

Morris and Jenkins are two beautiful and gentle giants who were surrendered to Cabarrus County Animal Control, located in Concord, North Carolina in August as no longer wanted. They have reached their senior years and are over 8 years old. We discovered what we believe to be the reason for being “no longer wanted”. Both are in desperate need of dental work.

The brothers were rescued by Princeton’s Meow back in August, where it was discovered what they believe to be the reason for being “no longer wanted”. Both of these ginger beauties are in desperate need of having their teeth fixed and it’s known one has what appears to be an abscess requiring extractions. Being seniors, they will need to have their blood checked before going under for surgery.

Jenkins is having a difficult time eating due to pain. Please help these brothers have a more fulfilling life without pain.  Seniors should not be discarded when they are in need. Identifying and repairing any mouth issues will ensure they have more comfortable and longer lives.

Their next scheduled visit for their pre-surgical exam is Sept 29. Donations can be made to Trinity Pet Clinic. Phone 936-594-3552. A GoFundMe page has also been set up here.
